Techcross Water & Energy Inc. and Techcross Environmental Services Inc. (representative director: KIM Jung-Chul) announced that it has concluded an MOU for comprehensive financial advisory service with KB Securities Co., Ltd. (representative director: KIM Seong-Hyeon) on the 8th (Wed.). 

The signing ceremony was held at the head office of KB Securities in Yeoui-do, attended by the representative director KIM Jung-Chul of Techcross Water & Energy and Techcross Environmental Services, the representative director KIM Seong-Hyeon of KB Securities and their officers and employees.

With this MOU, Techcross Water & Energy and Techcross Environmental Services aim to establish a financial advisory network with KB Securities for ▲ M&A and strategic investment, ▲ IPO, ▲ corporate governance reform and ▲ project financing.

A Techcross official stated that “with this MOU with KB Securities having know-how and infrastructure for financial advisory services, TECHCROSS has established a foothold to create business synergy effects and secure a new growth momentum” and “we will reinforce our presence as an integrated environmental service provider by expanding business development competency into water treatment, waste to energy, renewable energy, etc.”

Meanwhile, Techcross Water & Energy and Techcross Environmental Services are integrated environmental service providers that engage in water treatment projects, such as pure·ultrapure water and other industrial water supply, sewage and wastewater treatment and sewage reclamation, waste to energy, air pollution reduction projects, and development, design, construction and operation of ESS and other new and renewable energy projects.
